V2 Is Not a Launch Day. It Is Already Arriving.
AI forgets your world. We are rebuilding Novarrium so it cannot, and shipping each piece the moment it is tested and verified.
Novarrium Team

Somewhere around chapter twelve, the AI forgets. The scar moves to the other cheek. The city you put on the coast is suddenly inland. A character who died in chapter six walks into a room. You did the work. You wrote the rules. The tool you trusted to remember them did not.
That failure is the reason Novarrium exists, and it is the reason we are rebuilding it. Novarrium V2 is a visual worldbuilding engine with one job underneath all the new surfaces: everything you build becomes a rule the AI is checked against before a chapter ever reaches you. Not a suggestion. A rule with a checker behind it.
This post is the running record of V2. It tracks what is live, what is being tested right now, and what comes next. It will be updated as pieces land, so the date at the top matters.
V2 is a process, not a date
Most products save everything for one big launch. You wait months. You get a hundred changes at once. Half of them break something you rely on.
We do not do that. Every V2 update ships on its own, the moment it is ready. Ready means three things, every time:
- Covered by tests that fail the moment the behaviour they guard changes.
- Run against real chapters on our own test novel in production, not a demo.
- Verified live before we tell anyone about it.
Then it is yours. No waiting list for features that are done, and no surprise regressions from a launch that bundled fifty changes into one. You will read about things on this page that shipped last week. That is the point.
This is the problem Novarrium was built to solve.
Import your existing chapters. Novarrium extracts your Story Bible automatically and enforces it across every generation. Free to start -- no credit card.

These are in your account today.
Worldbuilding is free, with no time limit
Every worldbuilding tool in Novarrium is now free, and there is no clock on it. Map your world, forge your characters, write your rules and grow your story bible for as long as it takes. AI chapter writing runs on the paid plans, and everything you build here is what makes those chapters consistent.
Interactive maps
A canvas-based map of your world. Drag locations where they belong, connect them with routes and borders, and see your factions and regions laid out instead of listed. When a location moves on the map, it moves in your story bible too.
Character Forge V2
Characters are the first thing AI gets wrong, so they got the deepest rebuild. Forge V2 gives every character an AI portrait, an OCEAN personality profile that shapes how they speak and decide, visual presets for the traits that must never drift, and a relationship web so the AI knows who trusts whom before it writes a scene.
World Book Export
Your world is yours. Download all of it, characters, locations and the full story bible, as JSON for other tools or as a PDF you can hand to a co-author or an editor. Nothing you build is locked inside Novarrium.
Under the hood: the consistency engine got quieter and sharper
Not every V2 update is a screen. Some of the most important ones shipped in the part of Novarrium you never see: the checks that run on every chapter before it reaches you.

- Repairs happen in place. If a chapter broke one rule, the AI used to throw it away and rewrite it from scratch. Now the offending sentence is patched and re-checked, and the chapter you were about to read is the chapter you get.
- Held chapters show you the line. When a chapter cannot ship because it contradicts your canon, you see the exact sentence that did it and the rule it broke, instead of a vague notice.
- Every flag cites its source. A consistency warning now quotes the line of your canon it conflicts with, and that quote is checked against your story bible before you see it. If the engine cannot prove the conflict, it becomes a note, not a hold.
- The writer re-reads your locked facts right before it drafts. A small change with a measurable result. In our tests, first drafts that honored every locked trait, before any checks ran, went from two in five to four in five. The checks catch the rest.
What is next (in testing now)
This is the list we are building against today. Items move from here to the section above as they clear verification, and the list will change. That is the point of shipping this way.
- One-click fixes on a held chapter. Fix this line, keep it as written, or regenerate. Three buttons under the exact sentence, instead of a retry loop you cannot see into.
- A character preset library with composed portraits. Pick a body type, skin tone, hair, face, outfit and accessories. You get a portrait that is the same every time you open the character sheet. The AI gets those exact traits written straight into the description it writes from.
- Genre-aware outlines. A mystery needs a different chapter shape than a romance. The story planner is being taught the difference.
- Plan-only outline fields, clearly marked. Subtext and notes are for you. They never go to the AI. The outline will say so on every surface.
