Novarrium is an AI-powered novel generation platform that helps users create, edit, and manage written works using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes:

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

4. Content Ownership

License to Novarrium

By using the Service, you grant Novarrium a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes:

  • Storing and displaying your content to you
  • Processing content through AI systems to generate text
  • Creating backups for data protection

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems based on your inputs becomes your property upon creation. You are free to use, modify, publish, and commercialize this content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Create content depicting illegal activities or harm to minors
  • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or defame any person
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI systems
  • Share account credentials or resell access to the Service

6. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the next renewal date.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVARRIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS, PLAGIARISM, OR FACTUAL INACCURACIES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND EDITING ALL GENERATED CONTENT.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your content prior to termination.

11. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Policy for instructions on how to submit a takedown notice. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
